Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, bouquets cannot be returned after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable as processing has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo within 2 hours of receipt. We will replace it immediately or offer fair compensation.
